To lead the Area / Branch Team to market leadership in line with the department objectives. To help developing the branch strategy and align it with the overall company’s vision and strategy. The overall responsibility of running the day today Area/Branch operations and represent company’s interest.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet the agreed performance benchmarks and sales targets
Achieve the required performance level in supply, distribution, customer satisfaction, market penetration, area coverage.
Ensure overheads are controlled and costs and expenses are minimized by control and effective utilization of resources.
Ensure good liaison with all managers and staff.
Build staff relationship and provide them with support, coaching and encouragement to improve their performance.
Motivate staff to obtain highest level of commitment and ensure customer needs met.
Run staff performance appraisal and recommend necessary actions on the results to the Area Manager.
Ensure all staff is committed to the principles and ethics of the Dealership and Company
Timely submit the regular reports to the Area Manager
Review of DOC and KPI’s and take/recommend necessary action
Regularly report to Area Manager regarding areas of concern or opportunities
Immediate report of any irregularities, business opportunities and/or issues need support / interaction
Achieve highest rate of customer satisfaction and lowest rate of customer defection without sacrifice of profitability.
Improve quality of customer interaction by improving standards and provide best facilities and highest technical skills.
Maintain customer loyalty through highest level of CRM Management.
Help on developing new branches, increase market share and exploit new markets
Develop new business opportunities and follow up on existing clients
Maintain awareness of legislation that impacts on the industry
Meet all legislative and insurance and health and safety requirements.
Maintain professional and regular relationship with business partners, dealers, government authorities, statutory bodies and representatives of suppliers.
Ensure that all facilities and display units are always in excellent presentable condition
To provide an administrative function and to ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are fully adhered to at all times.
Any other duties as and when required by the Management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and aimed at achieving the Company or Group goals.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
University Level degree
MBA (Not Essential)
At least 4 years of related experience in retail sales environment
2 -3 years in management role
Ability to communicate in Arabic & English
Good understanding and current and relevant experience of the retail motor industry
Ability to work under pressure and multi task management
Ability to create a positive environment and culture that allows staff to develop and excel in their roles
Exceptional customer facing skills to enable difficult situations to be resolved successfully.
Ability to negotiate effectively at the highest level
