Job Description:

  • To assist the Manager Consultancy and coordinate with the IT project team for successful project transition and delivery. Collaborate directly with the assigned project team and clients to analyze and examine project model and workflow plan and design an appropriate improved IT solution to translate client needs into functional IT solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interview customers/stakeholders in order to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specification design solutions.
  • Research, gather and analyze data in support of business functions, proposed projects and systems requirements.
  • Work with the IT consultants and the project team to understand the context of the program and project, project concept, project approach and desired future result.
  • Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the project implementation plan.
  • Coordinate directly with the appropriate Professional Services personnel to identify and maximize opportunities.
  • Develop and analyze detailed documentation of project systems and client needs, including workflow, program functions and steps required to develop and modify programs.
  • Assist the Manager Consultancy by providing information on potential technology solutions, costs and timescales for the clients.
  • Work with project teams to understand their needs, manage expectations and ensure the proposals for change are customer-centric focus.
  • Conduct extensive research and analysis on the local and global e-Government services to create and maintain domain expertise and provide accurate and timely information to the client.
  • Establish and maintain key contacts for research through conferences and events and maintain an up-to-date understanding of market changes and demands.


Qualification, Experience & Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology from a recognized university. Professional Certification such as PMP is preferable.
  • About 7-10 years of related experience of which a minimum of 5-6 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry
