Duties & Responsibility
•Participate in the development of the main objectives of the institution and participate in the formulation.
•To divide the main objectives into sub-goals for each department in cooperation with the Director General in a manner that achieves achieving the main objectives of the institution.
•Participate in the development of plans and provide advice and advice to the Director General and departments .
•Preparation of plans and executive programs after review and verification.
•Attend meetings of the Board of Directors and the formulation and codification of recommendations and decisions issued and the development of appropriate plans
•Follow up and management of the periodic meetings of the institution and help in the issuance of appropriate decisions based on the facts received.
•Organization and management of the Office of the Director General.
•Coordination of the Director-General’s appointments.
•Writing, writing and following up correspondence.
•Archiving the correspondence of the Director General.
•Follow-up of foreign purchases.
•Preparation of the agenda for meetings.
•Follow-up to the outcomes of the meetings.
•Arranging and follow-up trips of Mr. / Director General.
•Receiving the visitors of the Director General and taking appropriate measures according to the presentation of the visit.
•Follow-up departments to implement the directives of the Chairman of the Board and the receipt of reports and action plans.
