Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/Outbound Customer calls, emails, and social media.
  • Lessons learned recording & reports
  • Contacts creations for the market companies and sectors
  • Leads generation from social media, database, yellow pages, etc
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands


Qualification, Experience & Requirements:

  • BSC Business Admin, Marketing, School of Math, or equivalent.
  • Maximum 2 Years Of Experience
  • Languages: Arabic & English
  • CRM, Social media knowledge, MS Office & Power Point, Escalation Matrix
