Job Description

Position summary:

To establish project and execution capability to design & deliver innovative technology solutions to our customer based on our present product and service range and in response to future customer needs, both on individual platforms and in ecosystems wherever our customers may need.

Qualification &Requirement :

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information System, a related study or equivalent experience

•Certification and short courses in Technology & Innovation

•Master of Business Administration.

•5+ years of experience in a corporate environment.

•2+ years of experience in technology innovation and customer solutions

•Fluent in English.

•Business Analysis.

•Superior knowledge of Current & Emerging Technologies.

•Project Management.

•Creative Thinker and problem‐solving skills.

•Analytical Skills & Data Reporting.

•Vendor Management.

•Project Management.

•MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).

Duties &Responsibility :

•Provide business leaders with a thorough understanding and regular update on

the technology innovations, how it relates to our core business, and what is

required to localize the technology and integrate with our current business


•Proactively develop a strategy for technology integration in our products and

service offering in alignment with the business strategy and changes required in

the business

•Showcase and champion new technologies to customers to encourage uptake

and provide digital experiences that place customers in the digital world and

experience the solutions

•In line with strategy, partner with digital platform owners and other e‐commerce

•providers to engage the customer in ecosystems which serve more than just the

•Management Partner with Sales, Service and other stakeholders in the

organization to understand customer needs and innovative deals.

•Management Build strong relationships with existing & technology vendors to

ensure first mover advantage on digital innovations that aligns with company


•Create a deal pipeline project management approach consisting of multidisciplinary

teams to ensure the flawless execution of deals and innovations once


•Become a trusted advisor to management in influencing and educating them in

•the emerging technologies and the organization support required to execute


•Create proposals for customers based on value based pricing models

collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders for client projects,

on the preparation and delivery of project and product proposals.
