Duties & Responsibilities:
•Supervise all day-to-day activities and operations in the company by following them continuously.
•Ensure the implementation of the best strategies that ensure continuous improvement in the company’s business environment.
•Set goals for all tasks, measure the success of performance in the implementation, and follow-up reports.
•Attention to the monitoring of the work of CEOs, department heads and supervisors on the various works. Find the best career programs that can be applied successfully within the company environment.
•Seek to link the products and services offered by the company, with the nature of the target customers in the community.
•Attention to the recruitment of competent staff, who contribute to the achievement of professional development in all areas of career.
•Issuing final decisions on major projects and development plans to be implemented.
•Engage with all employees of the company, hear their opinions and motivate them to participate in meetings in order to identify the achievements and challenges facing them.
•Representing the company in local, regional and international conferences and meetings.
•In the work environment, the Director General faces a number of challenges, which must be dealt with efficiently in order to overcome its negative impact on him.
•Confronting financial crises that may affect the company during a certain period of time, by trying to get out of it with the least possible losses
•To clarify all the strategies adopted by the company to all the managers correctly, so that they can in turn transfer to the employees.
•Searching for beneficial investments of the company and selecting the most suitable ones, which contributes to the preservation of the future of the business?
•Bachelor Degree Or More
•Minimum 5 – 10 Years of Experience in same field or marketing Filed
