Job Description

General Qualıfıcatıons :

•Graduates of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology.

•Having worked for at least 10 years in this field.

•Have analytical, creative and result oriented thinking.

•Prone to teamwork.

•Planning and coordination and management skills.

•Very good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).

•Have documentation and organization skills.

•Ability to manage time and stress.

•Use ERP program and MS Office programs.


•Taking part in the establishment of human resources culture and policies in line with the objectives of the institution.

•Ensuring the development of in-house career planning, performance evaluation and reward systems.

•Planning and implementing training programs to ensure professional development of staff.

•To follow all laws, regulations and practices related to the field.

•To organize projects to increase work and staff productivity.

•Supervising staff and conducting disciplinary processes when necessary.

•Carrying out activities to increase the loyalty of the company with the motivation of the personnel.

•Supporting the management of compensation and side-benefit processes.

•To control and follow up the personal transactions.

•Ensuring the execution of transactions related to official institutions.

•Organizing and monitoring the activities of human resources personnel.

•Creating regular human resources activity reports and submitting them to the senior management.

•To take necessary measures in relation to occupational health and safety and to provide training to personnel on these issues.
