•Provides best service to customer’s insurance needs after sales and benefits to the Organization & the Customer.
•Processing motor policies or motor claims in accordance to established guidelines
•Work with various departments to ensure adequate, accuracy & fast turnaround of job duties
•The Representative helps to protect vehicle owners from financial loss through damage, car accidents, or auto theft.
•The Representative provides the coverage through the company for our customers on loss, natural disasters, and vandalism.
•Policies must detail to our customers about incidental charges, such as towing and rental car costs while a damaged vehicle is being repaired, which may cover or may not cover.
•Representatives can appoint Independent auto insurance agents who work as ‘brokers’ look at policies from several insurance companies to find the best deal for the organization and our customers; ‘captive’ agents only sell a policy which is preferred by the company for our customers.
•Independent brokers usually work on commission, while staff agents are generally paid a salary. Common duties include contacting prospective customers, sometimes through cold calling, providing information on different policy types, tailoring policies to customer’s coverage needs and financial status, maintaining records, renewing current policies, and assisting with claims.
•The Representative must work with customers who have experienced losses and are making claims. He has to do insurance examines, analysis, appraises, investigates arrange claims adjustments with the insurance companies and must plan & calculate how much an insurance company should pay for a damage or loss.
•The Representative have to travel to meet with customers and to inspect properties for which claims are being made, and they must sometimes do research or seek expert opinions to determine how much a claim might be worth.
•The Rep use analysis to predict the risk that an event will occur and help customers &insurance companies decide how much to charge for various types of coverage.
•The Rep must be ready to deal with the lot of paperwork related to insurance policies. They might process new policies, modify existing policies, and sometimes they even handle paperwork related to claim settlements.
•The Rep helps customers with various questions and concerns about their policies. They might also take details from customers after their insured Vehicle are damaged, communicating with them on the phone, online, or in person.
•The Rep inspects businesses to provide strategies for reducing the risk of loss or damage. He / she need to travel to various workplaces to note any potential hazards and then they report back to the Company.
•The Rep must evaluate the application for risk and decides if the applicant meets certain criteria. He might also help to set prices for various insurance policies depending on the determined risk
•Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Accounts or Finance or Insurance discipline
•Insurance certification will be advantageous
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
•Minimum 2 Years must have worked for Insurance companies
