AMS Planning &Solution Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Other ad-hoc meetings if needed
  • Organize advanced product training
  • BO daily, weekly, monthly report design and improvement
  • Create and optimize the work flow
  • Give technical support to BSS team
  • Escalate the trouble ticket to CARE when BSS team cannot solve it, and supervise it until it solved
  • Audit troubleshooting, analyze report and preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again
  • Make preventive maintenance plan and audit the result
  • Audit BSS CR and arrange BSS team to supervise
  • Audit data configuration plan from engineering and ensure BSS team data configuration quality
  • Attend, cooperate and follow up BSS integration, acceptance with project department

 

 

 

Qualification & Requirements & Skills:

  • First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of Six (6) years relevant work experience
  • Customer Expectation Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Configuration Management and implementation of the plan provided
  • Trouble ticket management, Prioritization, Fault diagnosis, Remote fault resolution, Management and control
  • Vendor experience of minimum 3 years in fault management,
  • Performance & capacity monitoring, and configuration management.
  • Experience in Ericsson CBV/VAS system operation experience.
  • Experience in system upgrades, expansions and health checks for Telecom BSS Applications
  • Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow
