For Military Medical Complex in Dhahran
•Responsible for making sure the kitchen is adequately staffed in all areas, and that employees receive the necessary training to ensure quality culinary dishes are produced.
•Responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality presentation, banquet and other flavor for dining areas, banquets and other food facilities resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction.
•Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and manage areas of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen.
Qualification & Requirement:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Science or related certificate
•Basic Course in Baking and Cooking techniques
•Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience working in the Hospital
•Two (2) years’ experience in the same capacity.
