Reports to: General Manager
•The Leasing & Retail Manager is responsible in overseeing all aspects of leasing management for leasing stores in the mall, and commercial space in the office towers. Ensure proper tenant mix in the property in line with business strategy and market demand to achieve desired company business objectives. Ensure maximum occupancy ratios for the Office Towers and Mall.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
•Manage all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
•Manage the leasing process by delivering a successful mix of retail and F&B outlets and ensuring that the financial outcomes are in accordance with the business plan, leasing policy and company objectives.
•Negotiate leases for properties in assigned region including new leases, lease renewals, assignments and amendments in accordance with established procedures and tenant requirements.
•Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote as a unique retail and commercial destination. Develop and present business proposals, company presentations to clients.
•Manage the Retail Leasing team on leasing transactions, follow-up on transactions and support the team in concluding deals. Interact with team on a daily basis through formal catch-up sessions to maintain the momentum of the leasing process.
•Ensure achievement of performance against leasing targets set in line with the General Manager. Review the progress of the same, with direct reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Ensure tenants adhering to lease agreement, mall rules and regulations and receivables.
•Ensure that the merchandising mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the project as a premier destination for retail, F&B and leisure activity.
•Maintain updated existing client database for deal-making and new contacts.
•Responsible of maintaining all legal documentations, power of attorneys, insurance policies, etc for all tenants and filing system.
•Fine tuning of retailer mix whenever possible by visiting prospects regularly and having an updated waiting list.
•Perform and ascertain market intelligence in order to gain information that would lead to maximising the mix and quality of the tenant representation within the project.
•University Degree / It is advisable to have a Master degree
•Minimum 8 Years Of Experience in same Field
•English Fluency /Arabic
