To build Lead and develop a highly motivated Lubricants commercial team, achieve agreed financial targets. Implement strategic objectives with regards to Lubricants B2B business and deliver customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Suggest, assist in identifying Oil sales strategy & distribution channels.
Set up detailed action plan to achieve sales target required by the dept. on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Responsible to achieve monthly sales targets and Gross profit for Lubricants Section.
Motivates & manages his team to achieve their targets, department objectives, conducts formal appraisals and providing constructive feedback for development.
Ensures that the Dept. follows the company designated systems and processes to ensure customer
Satisfaction and business growth.
Periodic market updates on new products, fleet operators, competitors, business opportunities, etc.
Build a good relationship with the supplier providing full support over competitors’ activities and hence build a strong brand identity.
Analyze inventory & stock profile monthly.
Support with technical seminars & sales training for the staff and customers.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor degree in Science (Chemistry) or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in a similar role within the Lubricants Industry
At least 3 years experience working in an overseas environment (Not Essential)
