Lubricants Commercial Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

  • To build Lead and develop a highly motivated Lubricants commercial team, achieve agreed financial targets. Implement strategic objectives with regards to Lubricants B2B business and deliver customer satisfaction.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Suggest, assist in identifying Oil sales strategy & distribution channels.
  • Set up detailed action plan to achieve sales target required by the dept. on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Responsible to achieve monthly sales targets and Gross profit for Lubricants Section.
  • Motivates & manages his team to achieve their targets, department objectives, conducts formal appraisals and providing constructive feedback for development.
  • Ensures that the Dept. follows the company designated systems and processes to ensure customer
  • Satisfaction and business growth.
  • Periodic market updates on new products, fleet operators, competitors, business opportunities, etc.
  • Build a good relationship with the supplier providing full support over competitors’ activities and hence build a strong brand identity.
  • Analyze inventory & stock profile monthly.
  • Support with technical seminars & sales training for the staff and customers.

 

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Science (Chemistry) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role within the Lubricants Industry
  • At least 3 years experience working in an overseas environment (Not Essential)
