Job Description

Requirement &Qualification:

•Bachelor degree in mechanical engineer or other related field from well-known university.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Engineering Management (MEM) from well-known university.

•20 years’ experience in maintenance (at least 5 years’ experience as maintenance manager) – preferably in similar work environment, machines and equipments.

•Writing, Presentation, Communication skills.

•Failure analysis skills.

•Organizing, coaching and supervisory skills.

•Interpersonal skills.

•English language proficiency.

•Proficient with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office programs and internet.

•Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

•Strong knowledge of management systems and programs.

Duties &Responsibilities:

•Prepare and achieve department strategies that align with company strategies. 

•Prepare and achieve department KPIs.

•Manage department reports and meetings according to company communication plan and channels.

•Prepare Functional structure of maintenance department.

•Prepare,control and monitor annual budget of maintenance department spare parts and tools.

•Leading mechanical and electrical maintenance process in site.

•Prepare feasibility studies for technical decisions.

•Ensure and follow up efficient maintenance schedules

•Reduce maintenance cost as far as possible.

•Continuous improvement for maintenance system reliability.

•Follow up safety policies and procedures for the maintenance department.

•Follow up periodic maintenance and routine calibration of mechanical and electrical devices.

•Submitting technical support to maintenance team to ensure an efficient workforce.

•Analyze failures reports to make corrective and preventive actions.

•Carry out stages and final inspection of maintenance activities done by contractors both on site and in their facilities outside, evaluate their procedures, competency, and follow up the necessary tests before acceptance.

•Coordinate with others related departments in site.

•Prepare annually training program schedules for teamwork. 

•Evaluation teamwork capabilities and performance appraisal. 

•Forming technical investigation committee if required.

•Follow up maintenance staff recruitment with human resource department and participate in recruitment activities if required.

•Manage risk activities that related to maintenance works.

•Others related assigned tasks via direct manager.
