•Well experienced in kitchen equipment maintenance requirement and PMS
•Well experienced in kitchen exhaust hood installation and maintenance
•Well experienced in LPG centralized installation, connection and safety.
•Well versed in admin works such as documentation, encoding and filing
•With contacts of kitchen equipment parts and supplies.
•Able to perform other maintenance works as required
