Job Description:

  • Technically reporting to the Supply Chain Track Leader, the Oracle ERP SCM Functional Consultant will provide expertise and knowledge in the Oracle Supply Chain modules of Oracle Release R12 e-Business suite or Later.  Administratively, this position reports to the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering &CRP &Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, Implementation, and support.
  • Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
  • Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
  • Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverables.
  • Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone “live”.
  • Responsible to follow ABF and OUM implementation methodology.
  • Responsible for post implementation and production support.
  • Support Sales and Presales teams when required
  • Participate in Demos/POCs when required
  • Responsible for ERP pre/post implementation and full cycle preparation for Oracle SCM modules

 

 

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelors and/or Master Degree or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and providing integrated solutions in various industries.
  • Should have at least 2 full cycle implementations with extensive experience in Oracle SCM modules – (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Sourcing, I-Supplier, I-Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Service Procurement, and Enterprise Asset Management “EAM”…etc.).
  • Expert in Implementation, Enhancement & Support activities within Oracle ERP Environment.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English; written & verbal – Arabic language is a Mandatory.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous and someone who has an eye for details.
