Job Description
• Planning & conducting inspections and repair at site against warranty claims / customer complaints.
• Planning & conducting inspections or repaired units at factory.
• Carry out inspection/programming activities related to Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs).
• Verify the program (logic/control, protection signal lists) and uploading the program in all Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs).
• Downloading of required or latest software of all IEDs use in the project (Accelerator, QuickSEL, GE EnerVista, Siemens).
• Integrate/operate the programs created according to the requirements such as SLD, TLD, Schematic Drawings for actual/intended operation of the equipment.
• Review of Warranty Reports prior for issuance and maintaining the documents.
• Maintaining Warranty Services Vehicles & tools.
• Planning, monitoring, and maintaining of test instrument and equipment under use.
• Comply with the ISO/QMS/Safety requirements.
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years experience in QA/Production/Design within firm engaged in manufacturing of Switchgear, Substations, LV Panels.
• Experience in repairing of electrical equipment on site / at factory premises.
• Knowledge in testing switchgear.
• Driver’s license.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Conversant with the requirements of Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ability to comply with ISO/QMS requirements.
• BS Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
