Sales Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales force has sales plan and schedule
  • Ensure CRM is maintained, updated and accurate
  • Ensure qualified leads are captured
  • Support Sales function with quotations and proposals, and market data.
  • Follow up with sales team via WhatsApp, email, calls, and conference meetings.
  • Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands



Qualification, Experience & Requirements:

  • BSC Business Admin, Marketing, School of Math, IT, or equivalent.
  • Maximum 2 Years Of Experience
  • Languages: – Arabic & English
  • Sales Cycle Process, CRM, MS Office & Power Point, Quotation & Proposal skills ,Lead qualifications, Team Follow up, Reporting
