Sales Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • Develop strategies for selling of products and design tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned.
  • Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • Ensure professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers; handle their complaints, questions and issues.
  • Formulate pricing policies, & ensure pricing is correct.
  • Attend trade shows to identify new products.
  • Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Ensure merchandise ready to be displayed clean.
  • Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory.
  • Keep up with fluctuating demand and supply.
  • Analyze financial and operating statements for profitability ratios.
  • Ensure promotions are in with company’s standards.
  • Monitor local competitors.


Qualification, Experience & Requirements:


  • A Degree in Business Administrations, Sales, Textile engineering or any other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in sales experience.
  • Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • English language fluency.
