Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

Experience:

•6-8 years’ experience in technical sales management, preferably in the energy, utility, or other relatedindustry.

•Proven experience developing new accounts, alliances and international sales channelpartners.

•Strong desire to bring best practices to the team, share your knowledge and expertise and enable your team members’ mutual success as the organization continues togrow.

•Excellent analytical ability and strong communication skills, with the ability to create and present compellingproposals.

•Enthusiastic for energy conservation conceptualapproach

•Must be able to able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment and be able to tolerate ambiguity &stress

•Strong organization skills detailed and processorientation.

•Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A natural collaborator with an ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships both internally and externally.

•Skilled in the use and knowledge of MicrosoftOffice .

•A suitable candidate will be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writtenform.

•Creation of regular reports for the business’s leadership, which must be easily digestible, unambiguous, engaging, informative, andconvincing.

•Demonstrate strong attention to detail, have high-energy and a proactive nature, have a positive can-do attitude, be result-driven, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and work comfortably in a group/collaborativesetting.

•Able to work comfortably with business executives and leadership, have an ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines, and demonstrate an ability to stay calm underpressure.

Key roles &responsibilities:

•Meet and exceed objectives by creating and executing sales strategy to expand market share of solar solutions and maximizing revenuegrowth.

•Establish, qualify, develop and maintain relationships with new and existingclients.

•Negotiate and maintain sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

•Improve positioning and strengthen overall relationships with existing partners and installers.

•Identify energy needs of Sudan market and position company offerings in competitivemanner

•Develop sales project proposals that include marketing, technical and financial information to close key contracts in liaison with related departments.

•Review, filter and track new and existing sales opportunities in CRM system.

•Work with marketing to develop effective product collateral and marketing activities to supportsales.

•Set targets for showroom sales (B2C) as part of the overall salesstrategy

•Ensure clients are given solutions based on evaluation of their energy needs and other technicalinputs.

•Ensure full understanding of the proposed equipment options and suitability for the project site to suit solution proposed forclients

•Work with marketing, strategy teams to explore new product portfolio of potentiality in themarket

•Follow up with clients on system start up and commissioning & ensure system configuration aspects are inplace

•Liaise with contracted engineering partners/ firms to supply any details required for completion of full constructiondocumentation

•Attend company meetings, seminars, host trainings and perform other product and engineering related functions asneeded.

•Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate the involvement of other related departments to meet customer objectives andexpectations.

•Document, report on and maintain records on salesactivities.

•Train all sales teams on technical aspects to support the salesgrowth.
