To effectively link the Upcountry Branches with the Company departments aiming at creating a seamless process of ordering, follow –up and dispatching of products & services with the minimum disruption avoiding any down time, delay and/or lost deals.
To help on creating a strong well connected Upcountry Dealer network
To ensure promptness of the support required for the Upcountry Branches and to on the spot tackle irregularities with concerned depts.
To ensure that Upcountry Dept is performing within set financial operational KPIs through tight monitoring /analysis & efficient reporting.
To provide an administrative function in the Upcountry Branches and to ensure that all company policies and Procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are fully adhered to at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To check the products status once the order is placed by the Upcountry Branches /Dealers and follows up with the concerned department.
To monitor all product in country logistical costs (Handling , Transportation & Storing) and provide best transportation prices for products transfer to Upcountry Branches and on-site customer deliveries in liaison with Supply Chain .
To oversee the products returning /replacement process according to the return/replacement policy and provide updated reports for products transfer to and from the Upcountry Branches & Dealers and submit a monthly analytical report accordingly to support decision making.
To coordinate business trips and related issues for the upcountry team and visitors.
To ensure confidentiality and discretion is maintained as per company Policy and Procedures
To undertake and perform all relevant tasks and assignments as designated by the Management.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant Field
MBA (Not Essential)
2-3 Years in similar discipline
Computer Skills & ability to learn specified applications
