Mechatronic Engineer / Project Engineer, investing my time onenhancing machinal and electrical applied Knowledge, with serious concern aboutenergy utilization and keen interest in financial management.
We are aiming to construct new Automatic pharmaceutical injectable line. And may
responsibilities are:
1. Electrical and Mechanical site preparation for Project’s activities.
2. HVAC System installation for new injectable line considering the pharmaceutical industry standards.
3. Power modification to integrate the new line in the factory and to ensure consistent and safe power supply for the factory.
4. Clean rooms installation.
6. Injectables line equipment installation.
7. Project management (using Primavera), which includes identifying critical activities and selecting proper schedule compression methods to handover the project on time and within the predetermined budget.
I was assigned to Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Blending facility and truck loading project, my duties included:
1. Ensuring project execution is proceeding according the following documents:
1.1. Project Contract, design basis and system architecture.
1.2. Project execution procedure and scope of work.
1.3. Operation manual and work permit system.
1.4. PLCs and instruments designs.
1.5. Pipe line tie-ins schematics.
2. Documenting following procedures and meetings:
2.1. Hot tapping of methane pipe line.
2.2. Pipe lines hydro tests.
2.3. PLCs installation and attaching them to the field instruments through their marshaling cabinets and PLC Loop checking.
2.4. Switch gear modification and commissioning
2.5. Distribution transformer Commissioning.
2.6. Installing for natural gas transfer pumps.
2.7. Weekly progress meeting.
2.8. Pre-Commissioning and commissioning meetings
Constructing a pharmaceutical plant that contains nine production lines with a productive power of two hundred products of Solid dosage forms, Semisolids, Injections and Eye drops.
This vocational course was concerned about cars , I have learned the proper methods to disassemble, maintain and assemble car Systems such as: Petrol and diesel engines, Engine external and enteral parts, Fuel System, Cooling System and ignition System, Exhaust System. Clutch System, Transmission system,Differential Suspension Systems Steering Systems Brake Systems. furthermore,I Was also trained in cars electrical systems.

3. CNC Tools, tools dimensions and tools compensation.
4. Manufacturing parts according to given designs with differentthreading, cutting and drilling specification and precise finishing using EMCOPC Turn 155 CNC lathe.
