General description:
To service, maintain and repair all types of Light/Heavy vehicles, Trailers and Plant equipment in a safe, efficient and economical
Education, Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in law and rights from recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Prior work experience in a contract management in Industrial Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Experience covers establishment of the General & Vendor Contracts, responses and claims and
evaluation of variation orders
Technical knowledge & skills
Ability to systematically analyse complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement
appropriate solutions.
Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others
can readily follow.
IT: Good knowledge on Microsoft Office. ERP Suite knowledge is a plus
Language: Excellent English communications skills (written and spoken), Arabic is an
advantage
Key Responsibilities
Drat, review, negotiated contracts, subcontracts and letters, in collaboration with the
Projects Directors and support legal department.
Ensure that contracts and subcontracts, tenders issued and proposals received are properly
entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
Oversight of contract management process and document management.
Development of specific standards for issuing tenders to contractors and subcontractors.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Interacting with contractors, suppliers and clients as necessary.
Work collaboratively with team.
support in registration and incorporation of new legal entity
Ensure timely update of licenses and related Government requirements of all the contracts
in scope (current and upcoming ones).
To ensure update of company documents e.g CR , authorized signatories
Work closely with lawyer to ensure all legal contracts are on places
Ensure company follow procedures are followed with legal policy.
Avoid any risk of contracts to the association.
Qualification
Ph.D. in Nanomedicine – Essential
Requirement
1. Education : Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Health related science – Essential
2. Work Experience : Ten (10) years of experience after PhD – Essential
3. Contribution as a principal investigator or co-investigator in published research with a
peer-reviewed international journal within the last two years – Essential
4. English Language Level – I – Essential
5. Provides leadership, guidance, support and supervision to all KAIMRC staff and takes responsibility for the day[1]to-day operation (including all employee-related matters).
6. Plans, develop and implement short and long term strategic goals for the development and direction of the department and research activities in cooperation with the Executive Committee.
7. Liaises with other functional/departmental management to ensure that they understand all aspects and needs, and they are fully informed of objectives, purposes and achievements.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance / Production in a reputed firm engaged in manufacturing of Power / Distribution transformer, Substations, LV Panels, etc. Experience in repairing transformers or electrical equipment at site/factory premises. Conversant with parameters related to Quality Assurance, Inspections, and international standards. Computer literate. Driving skills![]()
