Working as a CNC Lathe/Milling Machine operator.
Worked as FOREMAN, taking care of/handling all related Pipe Erection works with good workman ship.
Prepares and submits to piping Supervisor daily time sheet and production of all working personnel.
Verifying dimensions, measurements, cutting and pipe preparation for welding.
Job duties include supervisor and assist in the lay out, assembly and installation of various pipe system.
Lead a crew of pipe fitters and welders on the fabrication and installation of pipe system.
Walk down pipe system to ensure system is complete before hydro.
Worked as Spooler, taking care of/handling all related Pipe Erection works with good workman ship.
Coordinate with erection group for the arrangement of spool transportation.
Received job orders work instruction from piping engineer/ supervisor such as punch list work (Construction, re-in statement, Mechanical completion line checking, Supports and other erection work.
Here in my company responsibilities is issuing fabrication drawings, check all production works, raising RFI's, Making Packing list & dispatches Delivery to sites. Updating Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress report.
