Operate, monitor, and control of (oil well, gasproducing well, gas injection well) within operational envelopes in order tomaximize the performance.
Isolate and reinstating the wellhead, depressurizeflow lines to prepare wells for handover to rig and take back after work over.
Record the operational parameters from DCS andlocally from field, report any questionable reading to the immediatesupervisor.
Monitor chemical injection rates and makes adjustments as required.
Monitor the general operation of suchas: wells,all pumps, oil/water separators, heat exchangers, gas compressors, gasliquids knockout vessels, water treatment plants, manifolds and meteringskid.
Ensure the mechanical equipment(pump, motor, and compressor) performance in various applications is running as a desired mode.
Obtain product samples and perform minor analysis.
Carry out plant Shutdown & start up activities and commissioning procedures.
Carry out wells flow rate test through multi-phase flow meter (MPFM).
Perform safe operation of pig launching andreceiving.
Complete daily production, shipping and inventory reports during shiftand passes to supervisor.
Perform the daily production reports (mid- night and others).
Perform Required Administrative Functions such as Completing forms, PTW, Checklistsand Log sheets.
Insure compliance with all company and governmental safety,environmental and health rules and regulations.
Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with workorders and documented service level procedures and workmanship standards.
Ø Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance andcalibration on Measurements While Drilling (MWD) and Logging While Drilling(LWD) down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in the applicationfor down-hole operations.
Ø Assembles and disassembles all down-hole tools.Assist in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipmentbased on maintenance history.
Ø Use specialized measuring and diagnostic devicesto evaluate how electrical and electronic equipment is working, building orcalibrating instrumentation, build electronic devices based on readingschematics, inspect for problems, replace old equipment and install newequipment, and much more.
Ø Electronics aptitude, computer skills, workmanshipskills (wire splicing, crimping and soldering), surface equipment repairs, andperforming major repairs.
Ø Troubleshoot defective equipment in order toisolate causes and make repairs.
Ø Document all maintenance tasks in an accurate andtimely manner using the most up-to-date computerized maintenance managementsystems.
Ø Promote culture of safety awareness within themaintenance community and follows company policies and procedures on Health,Safety, and Environment (HSE).
