More than 25 years experience in the Automotive After Sales (many different manufacturer e.g.: Mitsubishi, Toyota, Jeep/Chrysler, Alfa Romeo, all German manufacturers, etc) and different countries like South Africa, Namibia, USA, Kuwait, Qatar and Germany.
Learned the Automotive Trade from bottom up, was working for Audi/VW in the endurance/quality test section of pre-production cars (experimental vehicles) as Technical Manager (Namibia and USA), 3 years Service Manager in Kuwait, in 2015 Service Manager in Doha/Qatar and managed a Toyota Branch as Branch Manager. Run my own Tuning/Repair/Advanced Diagnosis Shop, software and hardware tuning, successfully for several years.
Sound knowledge of team building, staff selection and assessment, training, budget planning, workshop development and any related field in Workshop/After Sales Management.
