Am by the names of David Nicholas Katazza, aged 37 years old. hold a postgraduate diploma in logistics transport management and have numerous training certificates in International Air Transport Association, Electronic fuel management system, UMOJA and IPSAS. i have more than nine years experience in logistics operations, convoy management, project mobilization skills, property management, stocks control, fuel Invoicing and accounting, hands on ability like inspecting of fuel sites and equipment, follow up on contractor performance through performance meetings, improvising contingency planning procedures by advising the fuel Contractor to maintain the strategic levels and local reserves, monitoring the contractor reports for proper invoice processing and support the Mission to gain value for money, monitoring of fuel stock level and plan for replenishment. identify and report discrepancies/abnormal consumption, incident reporting in fuel for follow up action, follow up the progress of the project, collaborate with Engineering to inspect the construction and erection works, participate in the start up and commissioning of the facilities, Convoy and stock management especially convoy scheduling and contractors' readiness to fill the slots, drafting of Fuel Unit's SOPs and related SOW's, ensuring the contractors' compliance with contract terms, ensuring all major Fuel Equipment are captured in UMOJA including Contractor Support vehicles and mobilized Fuel trucks. I have got good experience in staff recruitment, supervision, and training. I am excellent in English speaking, writing, reading. Basic working knowledge in French and generally communication skills with an outstanding knowledge in computer including MS word, Excel, power BI, PowerPoint, email, business intelligence object and Adobe.
