Responsibilities:
- Installs selected software, maintaining proper security levels and access rights.
- Ensures the quality of systems operations in all areas of the Academy by communicating with all levels of systems users and offering direction and assistance as needed.
- Installs and modifies network hardware/software and desktop computing hardware and software as required.
- Performs troubleshooting and repair of down or malfunctioning networks and equipment.
- Modifies phone switch programming, adding and deleting information as needed. - Performs troubleshooting (which may include Internet research and vendor contact) to correct computer hardware and software malfunctions.
- Provides user training and support regarding the use of technology.
- Maintains a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Exchange Server and Active Directory in order to perform job effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Operate plant from a human/machine interface, make routine rounds, observations and process readings in the plant.
- Perform Lock Out Tag Out as needed with the use of P&IDs, equipment manuals and procedures.
- Make the necessary routine operational changes to keep the plant in a safe operating condition.
- Perform minor maintenance per maintenance manuals and procedures.
- Collects samples at various stages of processing and performs routine physical and chemical analysis.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and assist in developing and executing solutions. - Perform preventive maintenance and assists in making repairs to plant equipment, maintains good housekeeping throughout the Facility.
- Perform other associated duties as assigned by the Process and Maintenance Supervisor or the Plant Manager.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental and PS requirement and policies pertinent to the Plant Operator position in PSM regulated facility.
