·         Determine training needs based on job analysis and employees evaluation to know the actual needs

·          Designing the training plan based on the training needs "monthly, quarterly"

·         Develop and design the contents of the training program based on the training gap

·         Coordination with external parties "trainers, TC" to evaluate offers based on the quality of the training material, the trainer ... etc.

·         Send advertising about the course To whom it concerns

·         Send invitations to the participants before 2 weeks of start  training

·         Prepare  report for each training session and send the report to the directors, management and senior management

·         Evaluating the training program during and after the training session by using evaluation forms

·         Measuring the effectiveness of training for all courses after 2 months after from  course, preparing reports about situation and making decisions based on the analysis

·         Follow up individual and unplanned training needs to implement them

·         Follow up the training needs of the third generation, implement them and prepare reports about 3rd G learning stage

·         Executing the external courses, coordinating with the external centers, and booking travel and airline tickets

·         Follow-up workshops related to specific fields and conferences if it internal or external and send interested

·         Prepare reports for each quarter of (Status, No show and incomplete, Implementation and hours and effectiveness reports)

·         Explanation of the training policy for the internal and external parties

·        Continuousdevelopment the models we use according to the development in the field

Logistic support

·        Provide logistical support for each session (presentation tools, audio, andhospitality).

·        Preparing the environment of the training center in order to increase thequality of learning

·        Supervising the training center and following up the process of"maintenance of electricity, internet, etc."

·        Follow up with the boy office regarding cleanliness and providing services

·        Archive All documents  and classifiedinto folders according to type, in addition to electronic archiving

Finance responsibility

·        Preparing financial reports for each training session and conductingfinancial settlements with internal and external parties

·        Preparing the center's budget, knowing the shortcomings, and makingpurchases on the center's weekly needs and stationery regularly.

·        The Center's accounts are liquidated monthly in relation to the Center'spetty cash

·        Follow up with the Accounts Department to ensure that other companiessupply training costs and pay training costs to external parties
