Tasks and Responsibilities :
Helping in programs development, and improving the operation and the equipment’s.
Improving and developing the internal and external network(wire and wireless) of the administration. In addition to the connection of the projects' network, the servers and the technical services in the Information Center.
Evaluating the equipment’s, installing the operation system, following - up the systems of voice communication through the Internet Protocol of VOIP to increase the efficiency of the equipment’s.
Installing, identifying and operating the computers and its accessories. Also to protect the data of the company and the users from the dangers of viruses and spy to save the efficiency of the equipment’s and the data of the company.
Applying the check-up and maintenance of the equipment’s and services, and updating lists .In addition to supervising the maintenance contracts with the external entities to preserve the good work of the equipment’s.
Preparing the database of the major computers(servers), the personal computers and its attachments, the connected network and its mechanisms in the different departments of the company, follow-up and update it to simplify the analysis of the data, and thus, decision making.
Participating in writing technical reports and send it to the direct Supervisor.
Supervising the efficiency and technical operation of the servers and the supplies of the data network, wire and wireless communication to ensure its perfect work.
Work as IT manager if necessary .
Task and Responsibilities :
maintains personal computer equipment and its accessories, and do periodic preventive maintenance and operating systems, and provides technical support to users to ensure the workflow and performance of the devices.
Tests the network, internal and external communications, and IP problems to ensure the operation of the network and the workflow.
Install programs and operating systems on devices and makes backup for users data monthly (files + documents + e-mail).
Assists the network and information system administrator in completing his work by submits a monthly report to the direct manager to ensure the progress of work.
Provides assistance in various computer software works, and monitors and updates Internet connection networks to ensure the progress of work.
Install, and define equipment and accessories for computers to ensure business continuity
Ensures the efficiency and technical and operational status of the operating systems and the requirements of the information and communication network to ensure that they work in a standard manner
Do periodically updates the data of users on the Active Directory, in addition to updating the contact data of the users of Ommat Group to ensure easy access to the data in an easy way.
Create new users and gives special permissions on their accounts to ensure workflow.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Follow-up and maintenance of sub-servers and internet connection at the faculty to ensure reliability and safety.
Ensure the proper work of sub-server and Internet service.
Installing the software (Windows) and associated software for users, upon request, with priority for network maintenance.
Inspect computers malfunctioning location and determine the parts and spare parts needed, so as to be purchased by the faculty, according to specifications.
Inform the network administrator in Shambat complex for new extensions needed by the faculty and to identify with him the needs.
Cooperation with the other technicians and colleague in Shambat complex when necessary.
Asking for help from the network administrator in case of complex problems.
perform any function or tasks required by Information Technology and network administration or employees of the faculty.
