As the head of electrical department division my duty is to maintain the lectures by making sure that they state on time with both the teacher and the student attendance. Also at the exams my job is to receive the exams from the teachers and revise it to make sure that the students can understand the language and the material in the exam. Not to mention that as the head of the division its necessary to make sure that the results must appear in time and with correct degree.
