My name is Omer Eltayeb, Igraduated from the University of Science and Technology, Faculty ofEngineering, Department of Chemical Engineering in June 2022.
After graduation, I moved to the miningsector, where I joined the talent program of the Rida Group (Rida MiningCompany), where I took about four months in soft skills, communication,business management, and skills related to our fields. After that, I went tothe site and under training on all aspects. The departments related toprocesses in the mining sector. I worked as a volunteer in the Green ArmsOrganization, where I was a field coordinator and held the position of directorof business for organizing and providing services for weddings and events, andit was the most of my experiences. I always strive to develop myself. Insafety, industrial operations, and management, I was trained at the KhartoumRefinery company limited facilities. I also seek the IELTS exam, some IOSH, andthe British NEBOSH exam.
In the last, I will alwaysstrive to develop myself to work on developing my country and society.
Atthe university, I was always diligent and appreciated the value of time verymuch, thank God. I did not fail a subject at all in my field. I was alwaystired of working to get the first degree, but I got the second degree - thefirst section with a rate of 3.36.

Joining and training at the refinery added a lot to me, as it drew myattention to some applications that I also seek to develop, including Scada andAspen Hysis. My training at the refinery was short, but I was able to dorotations in all units (CDU, RCCDHT, DCU, CCR, DHT) and I gained knowledge from highly qualified andunderstanding engineers. That is one of my interests. It is, of course, workingin the field of oil and gas, and this is what I seek to shift from mining tooil and gas.
