About me

Currently I am the head of ITinfrastructure and Network section in AL Baraka Bank Sudan, the Bank have 30branches distributed allover Sudan and more than 500 employees.

§ §  Nineteen years of solidexperience in IT Infrastructure management, LAN and WAN NetworkingAdministrating, Servers and SAN Systems upgrade and maintenance, and computersand peripherals repairing.

§  15 Plus year’s industryexperience and a proven experience as an IT Infrastructure lead and ITManagement.

§  I have been responsible for developingthe IT annual budget and IT plan and capacity plan since 2008.

§  Currently I am working as aproject manager for AL Baraka Sudan ISO 27001 Project, The project scope is tocreate the Information Security policies based on ISO27001 best practices and alsocreate IT Service Management policies, procedures and processes catalogue basedon ITIL and implement these polices in AL Baraka Bank IT Department.

The 2nd phase of theproject is to obtain the ISO 27001 Certificate.

We are implementingthis project with coordination with international company.

§  Worked as aproject manager for AL Baraka Bank New Data Center and Network enhancementproject May 2012 until July 2013, which includes building a new data center forthe bank and reengineering the whole bank network and infrastructure with theleast standards.

§  Excellent managements and troubleshootingskills, able to provide solutions to difficult problems.

§  Thirteen years of experience in developingthe IT annual budget and IT annual Plans.

§  Eight years of experience in ITprojects management.

§  Solid experience in teachingcomputer engineering, networking (essential, engineering, protocols, management& security) and all technical courses.

§  Ability to develop, access, andtest user's skills and suggest the right tools to increase their knowledge.

§  Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.  Able to developcommunication methods to personnel, technicians and senior personnel.
