I have worked in the oiland gas fields as a field and dcs operator for more than 15 years. During thistime, I learned a lot about this type of work and I know what it takes toensure the safety of the workers, plant and environment.
I am very observant with the ability to pay close attention to mysurroundings. I know and adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to helpreduce the risks of accidents resulting in injuries or down time. I am alsofamiliar with the Hazardous Materials Transportation Regulations.
I have outstanding decision-making skills and the ability to identifyproblem areas, assess the risks factors and determine if a solution can beimplemented to reduce the health risks or if an alternative plan must be used.I am team oriented but I have the ability to work independently to completeprojects on time. I have the patience and motivation to work in thispotentially dangerous and very stressful environment without losing focus onthe job at hand.
Traveling to different locations is not a problem and I have extensiveknowledge of the tools and machinery used in this industry.
