Position: CPF Foreman
1.Contribute in the commissioning activities for new equipment and inspection beside if any modification in CPF.
2. Started and commission the new pumps and equipment’s.
3.Provide technical assistance to maintenance and construction departments.
4.Supervise and direct operation team and labors.
5.Conduct on-job-training for the new technicians and employees.
6.Lead and command the main job inside the facility and ensure that has performed in a good condition.
7.Carries out related duties such as preparing the daily, monthly and annual production report.
8. Provides work directions to assigned personal in the CPF site and ensure the work has performed properly.
9.Initiate and lead firefighting and other urgent actions in CPF area until taken over by a higher authority.
10.Highlighting problems occurring during the day and reviewing the daily production and process figures from the amount of oil and gas produced to CPF users and injection wells.
11.Ensures that HSE standards are followed by all employees.
12.Reviews and discusses the daily production programs with operations personnel, assesses and set priorities for production and maintenance requirements
13.Oversees the safe and efficient start-up, running and shut-down of various station equipment such as crude transfer pumps, instrument air compressors, gas compressor and monitor the running of such equipment on an ongoing basis.

Position: Operation coordinator
1.prepare and send daily booking for all operation staff.
2.Collection the weekly/monthly report and send to production planner.
3.Preparing all HSE requirements and need for all plants such as (PPE, Rags, gloves, mask, extinguishers, Books of WTP……).
4.Coordination with GS to arrange (stationary, weekly quota, monthly cleaning quota, emergency water& food any maintenance for CPF/FPFs offices ….).
5. Coordination with dispatcher for any vehicle request by collect all the vehicles need from the evening and distribute them at the morning as the requisition.
6. Collection appraisal after finished by CPF/FPFs and have to confirm the total percentage is matching with assigned and certain percentage to our section by HQ.
7. Collection the monthly staff time sheet from CPF and FPFs and send to production planner.
8. Coordination for internal /external training course arrangement Operation

Position: CPF Operator
1. Ensure normal operation of plant, Well head and other equipment’s.
2. Daily check the all parameter &take reading &flushing the D.P type Parameter
3. Attending daily meetings to review the work done and plan further jobs.
4. Routine checkup of all process equipment’s fire and safety equipment’s Monitoring process parameters and to take corrective measures in case of abnormalities
3. Identifying areas for improvement and assist the Supervisor for any implementation
5. Regeneration Unit Start-up and Shut down activities.
6. Manifold all valves cleaning& greasing job.
7 . Daily take the control room reading from panel
8. Good knowledge of different types of pumps operation and valves functions.
9. Experience in conducting & attending monthly safety meeting & Fire drill
10. Trouble shooting during power failure, instrument air failure, fire, fluid leakage
11 Pig launching& Receiving job
12.Used SAP for send the work request to maintenance team to solve the mention request.
13. Developing safe work job practice procedure
