➢ Contribute in the commissioning activities for new projects.
➢ Started and commission the new project of Moga field (Sudan).
➢ Provide technical assistance to maintenance and construction departments.
➢ Supervise and direct a team of 2 engineers, 10 technicians and 6 labors.
➢ Conduct on-job-training for the new technicians and employees.
➢ Lead and command the main job inside the facility and ensure that has performed in a good manner.
➢ Knowledge of process control philosophy, hand over and commissioning of all equipment.
➢ Carries out related duties such as preparing the daily, monthly and annual production report.
➢ Provides work directions to assigned personal in the plant and well site and ensure the work has performed properly.
➢ Initiate and lead firefighting and other urgent actions in my area until taken over by a higher authority.
➢ Highlighting problems occurring during the day and reviewing the daily production.
➢ Ensures that HSSE standards are followed by all employees.
➢ Reviews and discusses the daily production programs with operations personnel, assesses and set priorities for production and maintenance requirements.
➢ Oversees the safe and efficient start-up, running and shut-down of various equipment such as crude transfer pumps, instrument air compressorsand gas compressor.
➢ Ability to identify problems, determine how to solve problems, evaluate alternatives, assess risks, and make timely decisions.
➢ Manages all activities to achieve work quality in accordance with the Company QA/QC standards and procedures.
➢ Knowledge and experience in safety management systems including well integrity management, Risk assessment, PTW system, JHA and work management system.
➢ Make regular routine checks of all Equipment and Units to ensure that they are functioning correctly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.
➢ Record the parameters of all equipment inside the plant.
➢ Normal operation, startup operation of new Oil & Gas facilities.
➢ Well versed with process control system using the SCADA & DCS.
➢ Knowledge and sound understanding of site processes and equipment.
➢ Knowledge and dealing with high pressure gases.
➢ Well starting and stopping procedures of ESP, PCP, BPU and natural flow wells. ➢ Knowledge of gas injection, water injection wells. ➢ Handover and takeover the wells from work over program. ➢ Supervise the preparation of oil & gas wells fortesting as required. ➢ Knowledge of how to control high pressure gas wells. ➢ Provide technical assistance to maintenance and construction departments. ➢ Insure and control that all wells running smoothly
