• Having B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in planning and cost control
• Good practical knowledge of Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project
• Familiar with logical sequencing of construction disciplines
• Dynamic team player with strong analytical, organizing, problem
solving, decision making, coordination, and time management skills
Duties and responsibilities
• Develop a suitable Work Breakdown Structure covering the project
requirements / scope of works.
• Preparation of resource and cost loaded baseline schedule.
• Coordinate with client representatives, team members, subcontractors
while revising the baseline schedules to take into account all project
requirements.
• Establishing detailed programs & look ahead programmes for the
coordination of site activities.
• Anticipate and resolve any problems and scheduling conflicts.
• Escalate any issue which might prevent completing the project within
time & budget.
• Prepare S curves & cash flows.
• Delay events record and assessing overall impacts on project.
• Assist in the review and preparation of documents to support claims
management and in particular extensions of time (EOT).
• Preparation of monthly progress reports and presentations.
• Presenting monthly/weekly progress preparations.
• Identify / highlight any emerging issues pertaining to schedule slippages
and work with Project Manager / team to develop recovery plans.

• Review schedules prepared by the subcontractors to confirm alignment
with the overall master plan.
• Organizing materials, equipment and plants by using ERP project
management software.
• Establishing detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.

• Providing support to the cost control team in understanding the
programme risks and opportunities of potential additional works and
variation proposals.
• Investigate potential delay events and determining presence of
concurrent delays.
• Prepare EOT calculations.
