· Analysingvarious repeated issues and sharing the service investigation report to theEngineering core team to derive root cause.
· Conductthe meeting with client to understand the business requirements, assumptionsand project constraints.

· Preparingdaily (Deliverable report) report based on the open CNR status, engineperformance data issue and sent to the customer. If engine trends arerecovered, intimate to PLT for CNR closer by continues follow up the CNR andengine trends status.
· Generatingmonthly dashboard for field events like surge, unplanned landings, engineperformance issues.
· Preparingdaily event report (DER) and send to PWC focal.
· PWCengine monthly reliability rates are calculated based on the Basic Unplanned& IFSD events reported for the month.
· Monthlyreliability reports are used by PWC to obtain a new or maintain existingcertifications from the respective Airworthiness Authorities.
