· Analysingvarious repeated issues and sharing the service investigation report to theEngineering core team to derive root cause.
· Conductthe meeting with client to understand the business requirements, assumptionsand project constraints.

· Generatingmonthly dashboard for field events like surge, unplanned landings, engineperformance issues.
· Preparingdaily event report (DER) and send to PWC focal.
· PWCengine monthly reliability rates are calculated based on the Basic Unplanned& IFSD events reported for the month.
· Monthlyreliability reports are used by PWC to obtain a new or maintain existingcertifications from the respective Airworthiness Authorities.
