I am M.Sc. of Petrochemical Engineering bass of B.Sc. Of Refinery Engineering with 12+ years’ experience in the field of oil & gas industry in process, utility & drilling.
Forward-looking Onshore/Offshore Field Operator, and Oil & Gas Plant Operator.
During my experience I have been involved in (DCS & Field operation activities) like :
commissioning, start up & shut down activities, turn around co-ordination, fire fighting-(have been a member of the plant emergency rescue team), work permit coordination and preparation, isolation & preparation of equipment for confined space entry, hot jobs etc, being mentor to operation trainees and preparing training Packages for D.C.S (Control Room) & Field Operations.
Experienced in operation, work over supervision and commissioning of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP), Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP), ARP (Sucker Rod Pump) & Gas lift wells.
Having good Knowledge of GGM (Gas Gathering Manifold) & OGM (Oil Gathering Manifold), Wells testing, field operation activities like (routine check, pig launching, receiving, sand trap flushing, down-hole flushing and flow line flushing).
Having good Knowledge in operation of process equip and instruments such as different types of pumps, Exchanger, Heater, chemical injection pumps, product heaters, Control valves, AGR (Associated Gas Recovery), ESD valves.
Have been involved in use simulation package (HYSYS) in refinery operations (Develop, run case study, Present, interpret simulation data and results) of Streams (energy and material), Heat transfer operations, Separation operations, Column operations, Reaction operations.
Familiar with DCS (Distributed Control System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
This 8+ year's I worked control room, process-field, utility & terminal by rotating as Plant Operator, Control Room Senior Operator, and FSF Field Operator.
