Company Overview:

HIBA International Recruitment & Manpower Supply Co. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced General Manager to lead its operations in Sudan.


Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for executing the strategic directions and plans approved by Senior Management. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business growth through new opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with company objectives.

  • Define performance objectives and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Oversee the organizational structure, operations, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability.

  • Lead the preparation and implementation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with Sudanese environmental, health, and safety regulations.

  • Supervise the procurement, maintenance, and use of necessary equipment and materials.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for growth and partnerships.

  • Develop marketing and sales plans to enhance company presence and competitiveness.

  • Maintain strong relationships with government entities, NGOs, international organizations, and private clients.

  • Lead contract negotiation processes.

  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.

  • Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making.

  • Ensure adherence to national and international HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.

  • Implement and maintain quality, health, safety, and environment policies.

  • Promote a safety-first culture across all departments.

  • Represent the company in official events, conferences, and meetings.

  • Submit periodic performance and strategy reports to the Board or Senior Management.

  • Perform other duties assigned to ensure operational efficiency.


Required Qualifications

Education:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Environmental and Health Sciences, Agriculture, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a managerial position, preferably in a field related to the company’s operations.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong strategic vision and decision-making ability.

  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

  • Knowledge of sterilization, pest control operations, and public health standards.

  • Analytical and risk management skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of work.

  • Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic environments.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and administrative software.

  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
