HIBA International Recruitment & Manpower Supply Co. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our team and lead our warehouse operations to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Alignment of warehouse plans to company’s vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain a safe and productive environment in the warehouse.
• Design storage space allocation and utilization, with easy access.
• Develop a warehouse information system to update timely and accurate reports; monitor and report deadstock, slow-moving and fast-moving items.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and control over the process of receiving inputs, equipment, fuels, spare parts, finished goods and other items, keeping traceable records for all transactions.
• Ensure adequate and proper storage facility, ensuring safety, housekeeping and preservation of the various items.
• Timely meet the demands of consuming departments by dispatching orders and keeping traceable records for all transactions.
• Oversee receiving of raw materials from suppliers and dispatching of finished goods to customers, ensuring control and timely update of records.

Requirements

• BSc. degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
• Project Management Certificate, or any relevant professional certificate, is preferable.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor.
• Necessary accounting background related to assets, merchandise, inventory valuation, costing, stock taking and depreciation.
• Reporting and analytical skills.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail.
• People management skills.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid Driving License.
• Fluent in English language.
