*Collaborate with the Business Development team to define new projects and evaluate alternative designs. Conduct meetings with potential customers to determine how best to meet their needs.
*Perform preliminary engineering and design of expansion and system upgrade projects including pumps, valves, controls, vessels, storage tanks, and associated equipment.
* Manage start-up/shut-down plans & emergency cases of plant and rotating equipment in the field and DCS.
*Resolve the operation problems (exp. sudden equipment failure, leakage, fire cases, etc.).
*Monitor the machinery conditions (vibration, temperature, etc.), in order to identify any changes which are indicative of a developing fault.
*Execute and coordinate inspection activities during rotating equipment shutdowns.
*Ensure that all systems including boilers, clean steam generators, water for injection stills, reverse osmosis units, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, wastewater flows, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and associated equipment function correctly.
*Deal with start-up, shut down, and emergency cases of GDHT, NHT& CCR UNITS infield and control room.
*Respond to a wide range of mechanical and electrical problems and troubleshoot to repair.
*Accomplished approved P&IDs, mechanical data sheets, piping drawings, and documents with respect to mechanical performance specifications.
*Participate in all aspects of rotating equipment selection, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and start-up planning.
*Engaged in safety activities (MOCs, Risk Assessment, and JSA)
