DCS Operator
Is responsible forperforming all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordancewith the established operating procedures and written and oral instructions fromthe Shift Supervisor and sending daily production report and dealing withemergencies shutdowns also Operate DCS control console to coordinate andregulate process variables and to direct flow rates of various process andutility streams according to prescribed schedules · Read processing schedules,operating logs, test results of samples, and laboratory recommendations todetermine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantityand quality of product. · Set controls to adjust process variables, such asflows, temperatures and pressures. Responsible for recording, compiling,reporting and documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators. ·Coordinate the start-up, shut-down (normal & emergency) and normal operationswith lead operator and field operators. · Perform basic calculations fordetermining process parameters and material balances. · Responsible forpreparation such as plantisolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work. Workdirectly with the foreign experts in the transfer of technical advice duringthe initial period of operation. Plant ProcessOperator Oversee and manage the full production process of a manufacturing plantor other industrial facility. They monitor equipment to ensure the quality,efficiency and safety of the plant, work as part of a team and provideleadership. Pigging Operator -Send & receive all types of Pigs to clean different types offlow line pipes from sand, wax and solids. -Carry out periodic oil and water line pigging in addition toIntelligent Pigging. -Clean all sand traps by schedule. -Flow line flushing by unit trucks asrequired.
HSE / Safety Officer
-Implement HSE Policy and Planswith particular reference to projects / activities concerned.-Participate in meetings withProject Manager, Construction team and Site HSE Advisors.-Prepare Activity Risk Assessment.-Reporting Incidents and Near Miss.-Monitor safety aspects at Projectsites during periodic visits.-Discuss with Project Manager andinteract on the improvements on HSE matters and related programs concerningprojects and to make decisions accordingly.-Develops HSE-training programsappropriate to the project.-Submitting Monthly HSE Reports.-Participate in Emergency mockdrills and Medical evacuation.· - Collect designand operational data of the existing electro mechanical equipment’s / systemsand review their operational performances, and make recommendations for theoperational efficiency improvements.
· - Prepare designsand specifications, as well as cost estimates for all remedial actionsrecommended for the operational efficiency improvements, and submit reportsseeking approval to proceed.
· - Preparation ofthe technical specifications and bill of quantities are to be incorporated tothe tender documents of the electromechanical equipment’s to be procured underthe projects.
· - Carry outelectromechanical equipment’s / systems installation designs, installationplans and supervise the drafting of the design drawings.
· - Take part in thebid evaluation process in the contractor selections for the electromechanicalsupply.
· - Verifications ofimported electro mechanical equipment at projects site for specificationcompliance prior to installations.
· - Supervision ofinstallation of the electro mechanical equipment’s / systems ensuring the worksare carried out as per the design specifications and contracts administrationsof installation works.
· - Projectimplementation coordination with the Government and other project stakeholders.
· - Testing andcommissioning of electro mechanical equipment / systems on completion of installations,and the preparation of the commissioning and clients hand-over reports.
